AMY SMOCK

I am a graduate student in the Astronomy and Astrophysics Ph.D. program at the University of Arizona. I earned a B.S. in Physics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2018. As a part of Dr. Kathryne Daniel's galactic dynamics group, I study spiral galaxy evolution and dynamics. I am currently interested in implementing both tracer particle simulations and observational data to study the evolution of transient spiral arms by searching for their signatures in orbital space.
